Mission Statement:  Faith Reformed Church (FRC) is a community of believers called together by God, "To know Christ, and to make him known."

Mission is the grand purpose for which our ministry exists.  Mission represents the context within which we operate.  It is the "big picture."

The beauty of mission is that God has already defined it for us in the Bible (i.e. Deuteronomy 6:5 and Matthew 22:37-39).

For individual Christians and Christian ministries, our mission is to enable as many people as possible to know, love, and serve God with all their hearts, souls, minds, and strength.

Each church may articulate and pursue this basic mission in a different manner, but each church exists for the same underlying purpose: to please, glorify, and honor God.  It should also be noted that mission can't be mastered.

• Pray:  The ministries of FRC will be bathed in and guided by prayer.
• Worship:  Through a blend of Bible-based preaching, contemporary and traditional music, and the creative use of the arts, worship at FRC will be Spirit-filled, dynamic, and engaging.  We will worship God in spirit and truth.
• Teach/Instruct:  By systematically teaching the whole counsel of God, we will nurture and equip believers to evangelize, to disciple, to model a Christ-like life, and to articulate a biblical worldview in a manner that impacts and shapes our contemporary culture.
• Encourage/Support/Serve One Another:  Through discipling relationships, large group gatherings, and especially small groups, the Holy Spirit will move through His people to impart encouragement, healing, and wholeness.  Authentic, Christ-centered friendships will develop that will draw others to Him.
• Witness:  By word and deed, we will communicate the Gospel in culturally relevant ways to people far from God (i.e. lost people) in our area, nation, and world.  The "wrapping paper" will change but the "gift" (i.e. Gospel) will remain the same.
