Drew Hale has agreed to become Faith Church's first Director of Music.  This newly formed position will have oversight of all aspects of the FRC Music Ministry including primary worship leader in the Gathering services.  Drew and his wife, Emily will be relocating from El Paso, Texas, where he was the Director of Music and Worship Leader at The Abundant Life Faith Center.  During his 5 years there, Drew was responsible for directing the choir, worship band for 4 weekly services, the youth department band and all other musical aspects of their ministry.

Rev. John Oelze has accepted Faith Church's offer to become her new Executive Administrator.  John has spent 17 years in a variety of ministry roles, most recently at NorthRidge Community Church in Novi, Michigan.  While at NorthRidge John had oversight of 7 departments of ministry in a 12,000 member church.  He and his wife, Linda, have 3 children:  Micah, Ben and Erin.  The Oelzes are planning to relocate to Traverse City in late July.
