Because of this, we stand on the side line or we serve in marginal ways. We lack the energy and joy that come from knowing and doing what God designed us to do.

Discovering Your Spiritual Gifts

The first step toward discovering your SHAPE is to begin to identify your spiritual gifts. Every follower of Jesus Christ has been given at least one spiritual gift.

A gift…

- given by God

- given in accordance with his design for you

- given for your fulfillment as part of His kingdom work

- given for the benefit of the body of Christ – the Church

That’s right, your gifting is unique to you and the body of Christ isn’t a complete unit without your willingness to put your gift to good use.
