The Next 55+Bible Study

Begins Thursday, May 15th

Our second series on the "Servants of God."  Please join us. Study guides are available in the office for $5.00

55+ is composed of people form the body of Faith Church who want to have fun, learn about the Bible and do good works for the Church and it's members. We gather once a month or so for a social happening.  This could be a potluck, a tour, a party or whatever.  Everyone pitches in and helps out with the work or food. 

We have speakers or a performance of some type and try to keep the cost to a minumum.  We have a Bible Study on Thursday afternoons from 1-2:30.  We are just starting the 2nd book of John.  Pick up a study guide in the office and join us in room 110.  It's a very causual, warm and non-threatening atmosphere.

Our study adopted Stephen and Joyce Paul last year to communicate at least once a month with them.  They are missionaries for the "Words of Hope" ministry supported by our Church.

Another project that is currently on going is the "Pew Crew".   Those interested in this ministry sign up to clean up the pews and restock them.  It is fora couple of hours per week for one month per year. This could be less if you want to share a month with someone.  We will be signing up for the 2008 team soon.
